The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division (BMWED-IBT) reached a Tentative Agreement Wednesday with the freight railroads represented by the National Carriers' Conference Committee (NCCC).

The BMWED and the National Carriers Conference Committee met this week for negotiations as part of National Bargaining with most of the Class I freights. Though it is always welcomed to sit across the table in person, we remain in talks and plan to meet again after the new year.
