The AFC Continues Its Commitment to Honoring Our Veterans through Veteran Priority Parking Project UntitledThe BMWED Armed Forces Council (AFC) continues its commitment to honoring our veterans through its Veteran Priority Parking project. Recently, Sharps Discount Home Center in Michigan City, IN, installed a sign in collaboration with BMWED Brother Coleman Macleod, a member of Burlington System Division Local Lodge 1903 and employee of NICTD Railroad. Additionally, VFW Post 8872 in Port Sanilac, MI, put up a sign with the assistance of BMWED Retiree Roger Bobby, a dedicated member of BURNOR Lodge 2825 and long-serving System Officer. The BMWED AFC is proud to support this meaningful initiative.
More AFC Veterans Priority Parking Signs installed! Brother Stephen Owens of Allied Federation Local Lodge 0153 played a key role in installing an AFC Veterans Priority Parking Sign at CSX Fulton Yard in Richmond, VA. In a similar effort, Burlington System Division Local Lodge 2920 collaborated with Rady Eden, owner of Atlantic Ag & Auto Care Quest in Atlantic, IA, to install another AFC Veterans Priority Parking Sign.
